TERMS & CONDITIONS

• We have helmets and goggles you can borrow.
• You must have a valid drivers license.
• Must be 18 or older to sign the rental agreement.
• Must be 25 or older to rent any side by side vehicle.
• Must be at least 7 years of age to ride a quad.
• Must be at least 3 years of age to ride in a RZR.
• When paying with a debit/credit card there is a 4% convenience fee.
• We offer a 5% Military discount
• We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for refund.
• We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes, if you have not made arrangements by then, your machine(s) will be rented out.
• Rental time must start by 5:00 PM.
• First 4 hours of gas are on us and then $5 per hour after that.
• $300 deposit required for groups of only ATV rentals.
• $500 deposit required for groups with side by side rentals.
